Look 595 after winter makeover...ready to go!

This is my Look 595! I'm taking it for the first ride of 2009 later today!!!!!!

    I'm very excited as she's undergone a make-over during the winter. Gone is the Dura-Ace 7800 group...Fizik Arione seat...DT Swiss skewers...Shimano Dura-Ace pedals....ITM 101 stem...and ITM 101 handlebars

She's been reoutfitted with SRAM Red groupset...KCNC brakes...KCNC skewers...Selle Italia SLR Kit Carbonio saddle...Look Keo HM Ti pedals...Extralite Roadstem OC...Zipp SL handlebars!

I have some Vredestein tubes on the way, which I'll mount with Veloflex Record clinchers as soon as I wear out the tires/tubes I currently have.

As pictured, she's 14.2 lbs! I love the DT Swiss Mon Chasseral wheels which weigh in at round 1500 grams but I REALLY want some light weight wheels to bring her close to 13 lbs even! Some tubular wheelset that comes in at around 1100-1200 grams mounted with some light Veloflex Records should bring her down to right around 13 lbs on the dot...maybe a tiny bit over, maybe a tiny bit under!

Can't wait till this evening for her first voyage of 2009!

Oh gosh, my Look is jealous!!! You're probably one mean speed demon on this girl!

Have you considered the Reynold's KOM wheelset? Like 1065 grams.

I know, and that's ok! I'll be keeping my DT Swiss Mon Chasseral clinchers for whatever riding.

Looks hot, stylish, but hard to keep clean - but what is a roll of bar tape or two against a SRAM red group.

Also it looks like a largish frame fitted to a smallish person but who am I to judge...
