    Question Short report

I am not too wordy. Therefore: Last Omnium: 4th overall, Last weekend criterium: 2nd. I feel very disappointed in myself loosing the spint to the other girl. Sometimes I feel like my behind is just glued to the saddle. I should stand up and did not. Was it a fear, was it a luck of proper reaction, or something else? Any suggestions, ladies?

    I'm a former racer....

Have you been racing with those women for a long time? One of the things that helped me was to learn their "habits"...after a while, I coud tell when so-and-so was going to make her move or I knew how strong so-and-so was compared to me/us and what it would take to wear her and her teammates out be breaking away early or on the hills...

There is a lot of thinking that can be done during a race...
Yay for you for doing it - and the more you do it, the better you will get.

    Thanks

Thank you for replying. It is my 1st season, I am not attached to any clubs or teams. I guess It makes a difference: to be a completely new person in an area. I hope with time I will know cycling community better.
