    My new Bike

She's an Aegis T2 Pro that I bought from a member of my tri club. I took her out for our maiden voyage today, even though the weather was gray and misty. It was a sweet, fast ride. I've got to get used to the gears and shifting, but it felt sooo good!

I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

How random is that, I just discovered this brand the other day and thought their stuff was way cool. Loving the loud color scheme!

Is this your first tri bike? I can imagine it might take some getting used to. When I go to get a fit done I'm going to swing a leg over a Kuota tri bike my friend has in my size just to get an idea of what it's like.

That's really cool you were able to score such a nice ride off someone. I hope the weather clears and you get some quality time together. Poor Tiburon has been parked due to over a foot of snow. Boo.

She hasn't revealed her name to me yet, but I think of her as "Fire and Ice"

Yes, my first tri bike. It handles much better than a road bike with clip-on aero bars but the shifting is much different than sti's.

I hope you can get some rides in soon.

My goodness, that is a gorgeous bike!!!!
You'll get used to it rather quickly. Once I got my TT bike, I hated the shifting of my road bike (heck, I hated the feel of the road bike entirely and sold it).

I hope you LOVE your new ride!!!! It looks so fast and stealthy!!
