I often ride really early in the morning to avoid annoying traffic & cyclists on the road/path. I mozy happily along with my cool lights and forget there's a neighbourhood or sports club etc beside me. This applies to mtn biking at night which is much more exciting than roadie riding in the dark but that's another thread..

Today I decided to do a long ride & ventured out round 9. I noticed things i've not seen in ages! There's part of the river which i can't see when i ride past early early & my it's nice to go past. There's also some sort of scuplutre on someone's lawn..still wondering what it is..

Most of all...one doesn't need sunscreen when it's dark... I was cleaning my house this afternoon & wondered why part of my arms & legs were hot.. I didn't think i'd need sunscreen as it was only forecasted to be 26C today..
