you might be a cyclist if...
Hi. I've finally joined up here on the forum after much browsing. Lots of fun viewing responses from you gals. Learning alot, too.
Anyway, want to say that I can really relate to a few of these:
#8. The road kill thing. When you can't see it and you know it's there and "the smell approacheth" - yuk. I commute to work and I find it takes a few days for "that" to go away (if the highway dept is on the ball). Still, that spot will be marked in my memory for the season.
#14. Yes, when in the car I am always on the look for how long it would take me to ride this stretch... Is the road pot-holed, what's on the roadway (like gravelly junk that would cause a flat) extra points for hills and how can I make this a loop I could do from home.
#29. My bike is fully housebroken, and it would be unthinkable for me to keep her "out there" without me! Her spot it right against the wall outside the bedroom. Her first words are always, "take me for a ride."
