I'd immediately think of an angel food cake - with lots of nice berries in syrup. Heavy on sugar (if you put sugar with the berries), but very light on fat. Since the cake is made with egg whites, it's very low fatETA - some sites say it's actually fat free, but I think there may be trace fat in the whites?
