So this week at whole foods, I figured I would buy myself I "kind of healthy" sweet snack for the week. I bought these honey cinnamon almonds. The description says: "gently coated with honey and cinnamon our dry roasted almonds are a sweet and satisfying party favorite." They say nothing about not being able to stop eating them when you start. I always "think" I will be able to just portion control, or "at least I'm getting some protien." But then I can't stop eating them! Why don't I just buy candy???
BUT--they are delicious if anyone needs an addictive and not particularly healthy snack.....
Does anyone else do this? You would think I would learn? Should I just buy the M&M's?![]()
Oh! I love the ginger O's.....
ohh I love the ginger-o's!! but I can't have just 2. I end up finishing the whole thing within a few days!!![]()

My current addiction is the sesame honey cashews from Trader Joe's. Possibly healthy, if I didn't eat handfuls at a time.![]()
Those honey cinnamon almonds sound good too, hmm, maybe a stop by Whole Foods tonight is needed ...
<fingers in ears> Lalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalaaaaaa!
Now if someone would kindly cover my eyes for me?![]()
