Sometimes all the rules, regulations and red tape really hack me off!

So Bournemouth Council in Dorset, UK, they want to encourage people to ride bikes and then they stick up a notice like this:

I so wanted somebody to come up and just try and touch my bike............

The Return of Clockwork Orange......

BTW............we had beautiful sunshine on Sunday, mind you, it's gone again today, torrential rain and wind.

Signs like that are common where I live. Subway entrances are all marked that way. People ignore them, though. Lovely spot and great photo, btw.
