Krieg Saddle Bag

I bought this and feel really dumb, because I can't figure out how to attach it to my bike! Can anyone help me out?

Hopefully you've figured it out by now. If not, open the velcro straps on each side, and slip each one over the seat rails under the saddle. My Krieg also has a strap that goes around the seat post. If you are still stuck, I can take photos.
