My husband bought this bad boy, and now needs back surgery. No more tri's so we are trying to sell it. Cervelo red/white carbon frame, full Dura-Ace with vision brakes. Upgraded Zipp vuka carbon bars, and Zipp 404 clydesdale wheels, with ceramic bearings. Cateye wireless shows 20 miles on the bike since new, ridden once. Includes look carbon keo pedals and xlab 2 bottle holder and co2 adapter. Would like $4700 but offers considered. Thanks.

Have you also listed this on slowtwitch? There is a classified forum & you'd probably get a lot more suitable (e.g., tall men) traffic there!

Sorry about your hubby's impending surgery.

I have it listed on slow twitch, road bike review, bikers and sellers and craigslist. Thanks. I've had alot of people want the wheels or bike but not both. Not really sure I want to break the bike up just yet. We'll see. My husband is now having second thoughts about parting with it. Go figure, boys and their toys.

Kermit-with the Tradewinds and the Keybiscane tri's starting up soon- I would take it to some of the tris with a for sale sign on it(put it on the top tube) and roll it around pre and post race. Let racers see it.
I would also take it up to the West Palm Beach TT series when it starts, if you still have it then.

A lot of time, if people see it in person-they will either bite or they will pass the word on.

Another thing you could look at is this

    www.getridofmybike.com

I know the guy who is doing it and he is great!

    Thanks!

Great info. I will definitely look into the site. I am really trying to avoid having to box and ship this thing. Want to sell it locally.

Oh and March 7th, they are doing the fastest mile at the velodrome at night. That would be a good place to show up with it with a for sale sign. (plus that is closer to you then wpb!)
