This should have been a poll. Do you prefer the mashed potato type latke or the grated potato style latke?

    And, has anyone seen Margo49?

Grated. I've been looking for a store or deli here that sells frozen latkes--still no working kitchen--but I can't find any!

    Hmmm...applesauce or sour cream?
I grew up having both on the table, and both were yummy!

Grated. Sour cream, if the latkes are made with onion. I don't care for the combination of applesauce and onion.

    Grated, sour cream.

I think Bruno has occasionally emailed Margo. She's fine but busy with family and life, last I heard.

I miss Margo. Reading her words was like getting a big hug.

    Grated. Sour Cream. Yum.
