    Paul Rudd

OK, the guys on my team are all over my case because I mentioned in a movie conversation that I liked Paul Rudd. As soon as I said that I got a chorus of groans, head shaking and eyeball rolling.

"That's such a chick thing to say!"

"Why do women like that guy?!"

    "How typical!"

OK... so is it true? Do women like Paul Rudd?
When asked why, all I could give was a lame, "Uh... I dunno..." reply.

(My BF still teases me about choosing "Role Model" over "Milk" last weekend.)

I voted neutral. I like him okay, he is usually a fun character and cute enough. But seriously would they not have the same reaction to Angelina Jolie or whoever the it girl is these days? Silly boys.

Same here. I was flipping channels the other night and I came across some show where 100's of teen age girls were screaming their heads off over some young cute (famous) boy. Not a clue. All I know is he wasn't Davey Jones

Well in that other thread, the "How Will I Die" quiz told me that I will die of a heart attack at the age of 114 at a Tom Jones concert. When I'm 114, I don't even want to know how old Tom Jones will be... but I'll bet it's older than this Paul Rudd person. Whoever he is.

I love him as an actor. He always plays funny/silly/goofy parts that are likable (to me, at least). DH likes him too (but hopefully not because he's a cutie).

I don't think I've ever heard his name, so I had to look him up. I've only seen two things that he was in, and those were a long time ago (Cider House Rules and Clueless) and I only vaguely remember his characters. Cute, though.

Not as much as I like the dead/ghostly boyfriend on Grey's Anatomy. I'm so happy they found a way to bring him back.

I have no idea who you are talking about! I did go to summer camp with a Dawn Rudd from Baltimore, though.

After googling I figured out he's the guy I saw on The Daily Show a few weeks back hawking his movie "Forgetting Sarah Marshall." I found him rather forgettable but the clip from the movie where his character tells a Starbucks employee that the names for the drink sizes are just "ways to be stupid in three languages" was most excellent.

No, that was from Role Models. It was a good movie, if you don't mind the f-bomb uttered by little kids.
