Sell it. I'm in the same boat, contemplating selling a bike I don't care for. We should probably both post them on CL for Christmas!

I am considering selling my commuter. It just really does not fit me, is not fun to ride and I don't know I just don't like it. It is too big, completely flimsy and my commute is 28 miles a lot of miles to be hating the bike. I would still commute via my Cannondale with a back pack. I only hybrid commute 1-2 a week so back pack commuting isn't horrendous. I do love my Cannondale. I am just wondering if I will regret selling the KHS. I would only sell it if I could sell it with the rack for a little less than the bike would cost. It only has 400 miles on it. It is just taking up space and not getting rode nearly enough making me feel stupid for having it.![]()

I think I may just post it. It may be a hard sell because I don't want to budge on price and it is tiny. But since I am not needing to sell it I can just wait around. I have some debt I would love to get rid of and selling an unused bike would help.

I've somewhat noticed there is a premium on small women's bikes on craigslist - just make sure to put in the title it's for a small women. There's not so many of the bikes there and women that really need a bike that fits them are usually willing to pay for it...
You might have to relist several times, and usually on craigslist I'll add $50-100 to what I actually want for the bike... Just basically because no matter what, people usually try to talk you down $50, $100... so I just build it in to begin with so that I'm not irked when they start.
And since it doesn't cost you anything to relist - just keep it on there till you find someone that wants or fits it.
I have had good luck not getting talked down but I put in it the price was firm and have it priced a little high. I had luck selling my old road bike, the person paid what I asked. I don't need the money immediately or am desperate to sell I can afford to be picky and stubborn. It is a men's design (long top tube) which is why it doesn't fit no torso me but I did emphasize that is would fit a small person (just not this one!). I am going to see what happens, I hope I don't regret it but I really dislike riding it.

The bike does not fit and you hate riding it. Why would you regret selling it?
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...
