Question Egg Beaters & Keen Commuters...

Will Crank Bros Egg Beater pedals/cleats fit in the opening on the Keen commuter sandles that are sold here on TE?

Right now I have spd SH56 cleats on my Keens. My pedal is Shimano M505 mtb. Short of it, I was thinking of doing some pedal switching up on my bikes and getting Egg Beaters. I just didn't know if they would work on the Keens.

    Thanks!

    Smile Yep.

I have the Keen commuter sandals and they work fine with eggbeater cleats & pedals.

(I've ridden a couple of double metrics in them, in fact. )

Thx for answering jobob. I'm curious to try the eggbeaters for the 4 sided entry. Right now I don't own a "spin with the kids" bike, so my mtb usually has to make due. I love my Keens for that. No socks, no laces to tie, just slip em on and go. I use a Diadora mtb shoe for the single track without the kids. That's what I'm interested in the eggbeaters for. But, I didn't want to ditch my beloved Keens switching from spds. Good to know.
