17" mixte for Mom wanted

I have one that I'm wanting to sell, but I'd have to ship it to you.
It's pretty small. I'm almost 5'3', and it fits me well. I'm sure with a lowered seat it would fit someone 5 ft. I don't know the frame size, but it measures a little over 19 inches from seat tube to stem. It's a Vista Carerra 7 with Suntour components. I have no idea of the year. It's pretty heavy, so I'm guessing it must be steel??? It has a new chain, new tires and tubes, reset bearings in the hub, new black sparkly handlebar grips, and a new basket. I bought it for $7 off Craigslist then cleaned it up and made it pretty. It has a rear rack on it, but it's not in the picture. The rack is silver, and taken from a 1985 Sears Free Spirit bike. I thought I wanted a mixte, but decided I have too many bikes laying around and it never gets ridden.
