Most days in life don't stand out, But life's about those days that will...
Good thing it's too big for me...
"How about if we all just try to follow these very simple rules of the road? Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. This should cover everything, unless you are a complete sociopath."

Random babblings and some stuff to look at.
If anyone is thinking about this you need to look at the Geometry. The cross check seat tube length is deceiving because it's shorter because it's a cross bike. I had to get a 46 and I usually fit on a 50-51. This one is a 52. The effective top tube is 547.1 and the stand over is 30.6. You can check the geometry here.

I totally agree with uforgot! I rode a 50cm Surly Cross Check and it was HUGE on me! I have a 50cm Bianchi Eros Donna. I ended up getting a ... wait for it... 46cm Long Haul Trucker... and it actually fits! I couldn't believe it!
Oooh, it's my size! I already have one (it's black), so I guess I can't justify it, eh?
I ride a 52 cm Surly, but a 56 cm Kona. So, yes, size *down* on a Surly CC!
