It is a great ride, but she got the name wrong. It's the LIVESTRONG Challenge.[/nit-picking]
The Philadelphia version is the hardest thing I've ever done and each year by the end I swore I'd never be back. But I wind up going back and doing it again anyway. They have the best atmosphere of any organized ride I've ever done. Last year I was by myself but was never really alone because everyone is so friendly and supportive, because we're all there for the same reason. Not to mention the people standing on the side of the road cheering us on and little kids giving out water and lemonade. Even people stopped in their cars waiting for us to pass through an intersection cheer for you. It's hard to dedicate the time to train for it and every year the fundraising gets harder, but I can't imagine not going back and doing it again.
