Water with a twist of lime is my current favorite. Or fizzy water (club soda or mineral water) for a difference - with the lime.
And with my a/c being out, I drank a LOT of ice water!

Found this article on yahoo this morning.
It caught my attention because of the implication of stimulants in soft drinks and coffee...but this GABA is something I've not heard of before.

GABA is a neurotransmitter. I would *believe* the body is capable of making enough on its own.
I looked in pub med but not much to be found on GABA as a supplement.
Supplement companies OTOH....

Different strokes...
I took GABA for a very short period. It made me anxious and irritable! It's also not cheap.
