You don't say what level you were at/how or if you trained before you had to stop riding and what your goal(s) are beyond that 7#s (and remember muscle weight vs fat weight and don't get discouraged if that scale is slow in its descent) so let's start there......
or are you brand new to cycling and not just getting back into it?
