    Training tape recommendations

With colder temps approaching (earlier this week they were forecasting snow for Friday), it will soon be time to set a bike on the trainer. Unfortunately, I find it extremely boring to simply pedal without any external motivation. I have used the tape that come with my CycleOps trainer and really like the workout I get, but have not found any other videos that I like. Any suggestions? Thanks- Nancy

    Han-
Thanks for the suggestion. I had steered away from those tapes but after checking out the website, turns out the coach is the same one from the Cyclerobx (from Cycle-ops) tape. I'll give it a try- defintely need some more variety!

    Spinervals

I have several of the tapes (1, 3, 4, 5, 7,8) I really like them. 8 is the recovery and technique tape - great to do the day after a long ride. I mix them in during the week with Spin classes at the gym. Makes for good variety.
