    Thumbs up Wednesday Morning Ride

And you are invited to join me!

My ride will be 45 mile loop beginning and ending in Enumclaw this Wednesday, July 9th. Hilly, a few major climbs, moderate pace (14-15 average speed), stopping at Black Diamond Bakery for snacks.

Send PM for start time and place.

It's going to be a gorgeous day for a mid week ride!

Next week I am thinking about doing a 70 mile ride out and back. Starting again in Enumclaw and going up highway 410 to the entrance of Mount Rainier and back.

    Hi Susan,
I just replied to another post about your Enumclaw to Mt. Rainer entrance ride. I'm very interested in riding in that area. How much traffic, how safe and how hilly. Is it possible for you to send me a more detailed description. I would love to drag DH out that way.

    Hi Dog,

The ride is out and back straight up hwy 410 from Enumclaw. It's not bad (traffic) on weekdays. Weekends are a little busier but the road is nice and there is a shoulder most of the way. The views are fantastic. If you feel froggy you can continue past the park entrance and pedal all the way up to Sunrise! That is one winding, steep climb but the view from the top . . . WOW!

Here is a link to MapMyRide where I created the route:

Another favorite ride is my 45 mile loop. I posted that map at the other post along with this one too.
