I guess cycling isn't all that high on priority of things with me these days. Or maybe I just didn't want it bad enough.

excuses for not going

have work work to do...
have work work I had to bring home.
have customer's consultant camping out at my office all this week, this weekend and next week. and possibly week after next.

have piled up work around the house that's been neglected because of office work. In at 6:30AM out around 5:30pm with home-work. till like 10:00pm.

been sick for like three month earlier in season so I have literally no base training.

just haven't been motivated to go out for a training ride. Just getting bored with the same route. Feel like I'm a squirrel running in its squirrel cage.

And I feel like I'm starting look like the hippo.

Hey smilingcat, where in So Cal do you live? If close to Manhattan Beach, I can drag you out during the weekends...We can be two hippos riding along hahahha.
