I'm off to the running shoe store this morning. My current shoes are 4 years old and while nothing really hurts, I feel like maybe they should be replaced.
When I got them I ran 2 or 3 times in 2004. Then I ran once in 2007. But since I've signed up for this HIM... I've run...
90 miles!
Okay, I know that's no big deal really. But to me it's huge. I've never been able to really commit and stick with running.
Time to go spend money.
