I use http://www.calorieking.com.
I know that there are other ones out there. I'll be looking forward to what others have to say...

Does anyone know of a free website where I can enter my recipes and get the nutritional information?

Free version - you can enter recipes, and there are a ton of items already loaded if you also want to track daily intake. Just a note - the recipe size is a little weird if you're making large batches of anything.
