...might as well go swimming! I was looking for shifters to replace the evil downtubes of doom and saw this listing on ebay. I figured no way would it go cheap so I watched it, and planned on buying some NOS stuff I found on another website. Well lo and behold I just happened to see that it was ending today and was only at $91!!!

So I decided that I could ride my horse tomorrow and waited like the evil ebay vulture I am. With a minute to spare I decided $125 was the magic number and refreshed like crazy, 8 seconds, 6 seconds, hey reload damnit, oh we have a winner!

And since the beasty is steel the roommate is confident we can just spread her uh, "butt cheeks" and drop that bigger cassette in. Roommate rode the steel beast today and was actually surprised how well that frame handled. Oh neener neener now you see why I must save this poor, lost, neglected little bike.
