Hi,
Not sure what kind of riding you are planning to do... anyway, I own a K2 MOD6.0 carbon/aluminum frame bike. The groupo is SRAM Force not 105s. The bike frame is actually pretty good. And for the price I can't beat it. They may not have the name recognition, and it may not have that allure; but, I still think its pretty darn good. And it fits me.
Now the tailwind, I saw the picture and looked up the components. Most of the components are okay for recreational riding. Only thing I frown would be the Tektro brake calipers. The shifters, deraillures, cranks are all pretty good for on the road, recreational riding. Chain ring size and the cassette size are geared for fairly easy riding. And even if you are not in the best of shape, the triple with 28 cog in the rear will allow you to climb even a challanging hill. If you want to get in shape to ride a 50-64 mile (metric century rides) you could train on this bike and do the ride.
If you want to train and ride for moderately difficult full century rides, you may want a slightly higher end bicycle.
For entry level, starter or just for casual, 20-30 mile rides this is a nice bike. Price should also be reasonable. I would expect the cost of this to be well under $1000.
Last thing and most important thing is does it fit you and how does it feel when you ride. Fit and comfort are the two most important hin on a bike.
Go do a demo ride.
