It's a chilly, breezy 60 degrees. The sky is heavy and grey.
But, Mr. Silver once again conquered the world famous Boltinghouse Hill of Death! (World Famous, because I'm posting it on an international forum!)
At 3:30, I decided I would pick up my bike at the LBS and set out on the ride to the HILL OF DEATH!
Last year, on my first attempt, I nearly passed out, had to stop and walk.
Tonight, my heart rate peaked at about 191 (the first spike was bogus), and although my breathing was labored (from allergies/asthma), I still kept spinning and am proud of the effort.
There is life after 45!
