so, maybe this should go in the newbies category, but i was wondering what all i was supposed to be checking when i'm tuning my bike. i just learned about that little knob you turn to change how your rear derailurer (sp?) shifts the chain, which has been GREAT because my chain doesn't pop off every 5 seconds anymore, and at the most appropriate times, like climbing a hill in traffic. is there a good website with all that info?

by the way, i love how helpful everyone is on this site - it's nice to know i have somewhere to turn for trustworthy advice!
