    Spinning at home? Update

Hi, I see the posts for spinner recommendations but it's from last year. Anyone have any recommendations for spin bikes at home that aren't too pricey?

    Smile Spinning/Training at Home

Gee, I just got a fluid trainer to use with my bike. It seemed like the most cost effective and efficient way to train. So far it is working out great.

my vote is trainers. I felt it's less costly to maintain, the cycleops has been worry-free, just take my bike in for normal work. I barely have room for the two bikes I have.

But most important it gets me used to the fit, gearing and feel of my bike.
