    Ready for something del.icio.us?

    Check this out

    http://del.icio.us/

Its an online "depository" for your internet favourites. So it doesn't matter where you are, you can access your favourite web adresses.

I find it a fabulous little tool. I have saved the favourites from my laptop, from our home PC and from my work PC into my del.icio.us account.

I have sorted them into "folders", so if any of you go there you might be interested in looking in my cycling folder which has little headings like clubs, nutrition, forums, bike blogs, cycling news, events etc etc

So I can now share my favourites and also anything useful I find in my surfing I can pop in there for my students (so they go to my education links, and maths and science links) or for my daughter's university study (books, writing, philosophy etc)

You can access anyones account without joining or logging in... to see mine, go here

    http://del.icio.us/RoadRaven

If you like it, join and pop your favourites in here. I'd love you to add me as part of your network.

Warning - it is a potential time waster... you save a site and then find 50 other people have saved the same site... so naturally you want to go and check out what else they have found you might be interested in too!

Privacy? Yes, you can have that too. You can choose whether to share sites with others or not... for example, I do not have my children's schools or our bank websites available for anyone except myself.

Try it out... its very "more-ish"

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
    "I will try again tomorrow".

Wow! Thanks so much! You don't know how many times I've been working on a lesson with the girls and said, "Go to my Favorites; I've got a great site for that," only to follow that up with, "GRRRR! Wrong computer!"

Of course, I just frittered away part of my morning adding some of your Science links to my Favorites.

    This could be addicting!

Great you find it useful, Hoosier

I just spent an hour or so checking out blog links and adding them to my del.icio.us account this morning before I came here... and I still have more to check and probably add...
You can def spend alot of time poking about in there!

So if you let me know your name there, I can add you to my network and flick you science links I find (or next time you are in, add me to your network and you will show up in mine).

I just added this link this morning - not sure if you were in before/after I added it

I've been using this for a while. It's great for something I find at work (or a very helpful link posted on TE) that I can then go home and have more time to read. Now I don't have to email it to myself.
