Sniff, (wipes tear from eye) that's...so...romantic! I love the part where they stay together at the end.

Due to cleaning out my mom's house and downsizing my own inventory I have a boat load of assorted crap to get rid of. my sister's work organization is sponsoring a huge yard sale so for the past few weeks I've been gathering things to get rid of. One of the items I intended to sell was a 1992 Haro mountain bike. I switched out seats then I sat on it before loading it up in the van.
Even though it weighs a ton it fits so well and has decent components.
I just couldn't sell it.
Now I have three canal bikes. That's OK. I have friends who have none.it wouldn't have fit in the van anyway
2008 Trek FX 7.2/Terry Cite X
2009 Jamis Aurora/Brooks B-68
2010 Trek FX 7.6 WSD/stock bontrager

I am glad to hear you found it in your heart/home to make room for one more bike, especially your moms. I had few things left of my moms worth keeping, but what they were I kept, that is until we were robbed and what little I had of her's is now gone. Cherish that bike and when you ride it along the canal, remember her....
