If it is signed you should frame it, not wear it!
I have a jersey signed by Davis Phinney on my wall and a poster signed by Team Astana.

Last night I went to the Women's Wilderness Gear & Cheer fundraiser in Boulder. I was the top bidder on a Slipstream jersey donated by Slipstream Sports and signed by Tom Danielson.
I won't be wearing the jersey as it is a size medium, to big for me, but the money went to a good cause.

My sentiments exactly about wearing it. How does one go about framing it? Can you do it yourself or do you take it to a professional?
Hobby Lobby carries jersey frames. I used a display case rather than a jersey frame. Jersey Frames tend to be big enough for an NFL jersey which tends to dwarf even the most clydesdale of cycling jerseys. I used rust proof straight pins to tack the jersey into place on the backing. That can be used put the sleeves how you want them and show any sponsors' stuff.
