What a gray, gloomy day here in Kentucky. I'm so ready for the sun to return and soak us in sunshine. After my long, hard century yesterday I took my tired legs out for a spin. It was chilly but at least the wind was not blowing today. I rode 14 miles and my legs did a lot of talking but at least my Achilles tendon was quiet!
