Another saddle question =/ tt position?

I just rebuilt an old frame into a tt bike that I'm super excited about. But after even a short ride in tt position (I'm rotated really forward) my uh.. seat area.. hurt like all heck.
Since it's only a tt bike and I won't be riding (hopefully!) for extended periods, should I just ride through it and and will the seat become "broken in" Or should I change my position/saddle? It just seems wrong that my seat hurts more than my legs....

Do you have a tt saddle? They have a lot more nose padding than a typical saddle. I also find that I can rotate my hips enough that I'm actually resting on the pubic bone, but it takes padding to be comfortable in that position, and even then, it's only comfortable for a few miles (plenty of time for a short TT, though)
Because not every fast cyclist is a toothpick...
