Have a professional determine if your bike fit is correct and make necessary adjustments.
See a doctor. There could be something more going on. Seeing a holistic doctor in addition to a conventional doctor may help you make some permanent changes that could make life easier for you now and as you age.
Also, could you specify the pain? There is just so much that could be going on. Pain below the knee covers a lot.
Do you smoke? Are you on BC pills or hormone therapy? Are you diabetic? Have you had an injury? How old are you? How is your blood pressure? How is your cholesterol? (I'm actually presenting a line of questioning for a specific problem that is incredibly common and causes leg pain for many people, and if it is the cause, then you're at risk for other very common and well-known conditions that need to be addressed now.)
Is the pain sharp? Is it cramping? Is it tingling? Is it only with activity? Do you get it if you go for a walk? If so, how many city blocks can you go before it hurts? Is it localized - front of leg, back, near knee, ankle, etc.?
