    Cleats slipping

Just got Look-style cleats and clipless pedals for my Sidi road shoes, and the cleats keep twisting on my shoe, no matter how tight they're screwed down! As they slip it gets more and more difficult to clip out, which isn't fun! I even had the LBS guy tighten the screws for me... by the end of my 25 mile ride they had slipped again! Any suggestions?

Wow, I've never had that happen, but how about blue Loc-Tite?

I use blue loc-tite on my cleat screws. I was having the same slipping problem. The loc-tite fixed it!

I have no experience with Looks -- but is it possible that you are a)using the wrong screws for your cleat/shoe (too short?); b) have stripped the screws (it can be surprisingly easy to strip by overtightening); or c) need some kind of adapter to use the cleats with your shoes?

I had that happen with screws that were too small.
