I did my ride to work in 1/3rds again yesterday. It was a bit cool out @ 6am so fall must be on it's way. Twas only 10C but twasn't that bad.

I felt alright but am cautiously optimistic about my knee's progress whist on the bike. One moment it feels hunky dory the next i'm not so sure. I just keep on cycling working my way back.. I keep trying to some getting out of the saddle to get up small hills but that one last motion is lacking...more upper hamstring strengthening exercises!

When i got home i didn't make the same mistake as Wed night...I often do a knee bend strengthening exercise lying on the floor with a 1/2kg leg weight. Ermm...nope..not gonna happen after i bike as it was very very painful. I have a ton of other exercises i can do that don't cause that much pain!

So,tomorrow (sunday) will see me do a 20km ride..
