Are these located in public places? for clothes? to lock a bike? I don't think Houston has any. Clue me in!

The DART train in Dallas has bike lockers. They are a box about 8 feet long and 4 feet wide. They are to lock up your bikes inside, so they are large enough to fit your bike.

yes, usually in public places, at transit centers; universities, park&ride lots and some large corporations provide them too. Usually, you rent them and are able to leave your bike and gear inside for the workday..

pasting a picture here; does that help?
