Recharge might be a good Spinveral for you during your recovery. Sweating Buckets is also lower in intensity (as is the one w/the Clydesdales).
CC, I'll let you in on a little secret . . . ECT doesn't actually jump out of your TV and beat you if you don't use the same gears or cadence as he instructs, he just makes you think it . . . . .![]()
