    Evil Coach Troy wannabe..

    Umm..I'm assuming that Coach Troy must have some sort of easy dvd's...

    I can't do hills and have to watch how fast I pedal..am I Coach Troy material?

    I look forward to a ECT day..when it's a rainy and blech day in Perth..(june..)

    Recharge might be a good Spinveral for you during your recovery. Sweating Buckets is also lower in intensity (as is the one w/the Clydesdales).

    CC, I'll let you in on a little secret . . . ECT doesn't actually jump out of your TV and beat you if you don't use the same gears or cadence as he instructs, he just makes you think it . . . . .

    Hee hee. When ECT tells me to stand when I'm in the small ring going at a 100+ rpm cadence, I yell back "like hell I am!"
