I haven't done MT in awhile. It has a set of isometric squats in the middle. I remember when I first got this video those were SO hard. He'd say we were halfway there and I'd be screaming obscenities. They're not so bad now.
The last set of Hillacious was killer. There is a lot of big ring + 12 in Mental Toughness, so having one more set of that after 2+ hours was hard. But then this really rockin' song came on, as I was starting my cool down. I just HAD to do a super spin to it. Kill me now...
