    First Post-Natal Ride!

    I just had my second baby--a healthy boy--on Jan.20 by C-section (five weeks early after four weeks of bedrest!).
    Had my first post-natal checkup on the 18th.
    Asked my doc, "When can I get back on the bike?!"
    He shrugged and said, "Today."
    yayayayayayayayayayayayayayayay!
    So I went on my first ride since September Monday afternoon!
    Just had to yell it from the mountain tops I'm so happy!
    Cyclists know why dogs stick their heads out of car windows.
