Not sure where to start this thread but here it is.
I download a lot of podcasts for various things. The other day, someone recommended a few fitness podcasts that I thought I'd share with you.
If anyone has any they recommend, post them here!
I download mine from itunes but you can probably google the titles and find them online as well.
Fitness Rocks - a doctor talks about weight loss and fitness and healthy diets all sorts of interesting related topics. Most are 30-60 minutes. He is knowledgeable and makes a lot of sense.
Podrunner - Workout Music for running, indoor cycling, or any fast paced exercised. I love this one. It's techno music but it's all set as a certain pace (140-175 bpm) so I choose the pace I want to run and go for it. I love the steady beat.
Podcasts for Running - This ia Couch to 5km set of podcasts. About 12 weeks altogether? It has music and a voice to guide you. I haven't tried it yet but I did listen to parts of it. Might be good if you're a new runner.
Anyone have podcasts they like? I don't wear my ipod when I ride outdoors btw ...![]()
