Did 15 miles today. Weather was cold, (for California!) ... mid 50's. I'm loving wearing my husband's "thief mask", mainly because it covers my ears which start hurting from the cold breeze.
Gearing up for 30 on Friday and Saturday. Training for 55 mile Tour de Palm Springs ride next Saturday.

. I have to do all the strengthening exercises which take about 45min-1hr then I can hop on! Oh well. Anywho, the music kept me a movin and the 1/2hr passed too quickly. I attempted to get out of the saddle & pedal but umm my knee's not quite ready for that yet
. I can stand out of the saddle however when my right knee's up & flexed I realize how much further I have to get it back to 100% again.
