    Talking Backwards but hey...

Wahooeeeeyyy...I saw the physio today & he gave me the reassurance that the tightness in the left side of my recovering knee when on the trainer is ok. (It's mainly the bone bruising.)

This evening I sat on my trainer(after i did all my exercises) and i am very close to making a complete circle going forwards.

However!!! ....I can make circles going backwards!!!

?On cycle could i that universe backwards a there is

    Weeeeeeeeeeee...

You guys do everything in circles backward. I would expect nothing less!

Actually, congratulations. Every little new accomplishment becomes such a wonderful boost to your outlook.

PS - I remember being in PT following all my knee surgry and surprising the PT with better stability walking backward. Don't ask me about that one since I couldn't actually see where I was going. My non-dominant leg was also the more stable.

    hmmm

I tested it again today & can now go forward. It's really quite hard though as it's painful...I'll give it a go each day though adding more time.

Thanks! I'm happy I don't have to go and reside with Yoda @ the swamp

Good news. It is definitly getting better. Slow perhaps but it is getting better. Soon the pain in your knee will go away. Just remember too though, don't over do it. Take baby steps to full recovery.
