Tires....tires..........tires

Ok, I know there's a thread that addresses this, but I couldn't find it. I need new tires for my road bike and the pocketbook is a little thin. What tires would you ladies recommend? It seems that I remember someone mentioning Michelin not long ago.
Any help greatly appreciated.

managed to get a pair of michelin pro race 2 for about $55.00 brand new on e-bay. You might find other cheap but high quality tires there. I just went to e-bay and check this out. and look for others too.

(I like my Schwalbe Stelvios very much. My experience is not vast, but I far prefer these over the Hutchinson race tires I had before and I also prefer them over bf's Vredestein tires).

A lot of us ride Vederstein (from Performance Bike)tires. They are folding tires which are much easier to get off if you get a flat. They have blue stripes on the tire- easy to find in the store or on line- ususally on sale for about 23.00/tire. I get about 4-5000 miles on them and don't get a lot of flats.

I'm also a big fan of Probikekit's prices and actually find that I get my orders relatively quickly. I usually buy Vittoria Rubino Pros for about $22 a piece. They generally retail in the US for $45.

Schwalbe Blizzard.

My sweet husband has "worn" Michelin ProRace 2 for most of the recent years and just loves the Blizzards, which are I think about half the price if not less.

DISCLAIMER: The club I used to belong to was sponsored by Schwalbe so I got them for cheap.
