Glove Recommendations?

I bought some Marmot gloves from STP and they are warm, but fingers are a little short and they're a little bulky.

Anyone recommend gloves that:

are warm, fitted and stretchy with padding on the palms and sticky fingertips for grabbing my brakes. ??

I just bought a pair of Hind gloves at my LBS yesterday. They are a very tight weave with leather palms and fingers and silicone ridgey-grippy things at the fingertips. Oh, and BIG terry wiper on the thumb. Nicely wind resistant and breathable enough that my hands didn't sweat too much and get chilled.
