I splashed out yesterday and bought a spin bike for home

It was on one day sale for $499 NZD (about $380 USD)

It is being delivered from the North Island and should be here on Tuesday

Now I am looking for some spinning podcasts or other workout type stuff - does anybody have any recommendations?

At this stage I am thinking mostly of downloadable audio -
avaliability of spinerval type DVDs here is limited and the exchange rate and more particularly postage can make Amazon prohibitive

I know about the Chris Carmicheal 'ride the tour de France' ones.
