I put the one minute video up on Youtube so I can share it. (The original quality was much better but no matter what I use to compress it, quality is lost).
He's getting ready to do the ride on Saturday and chatting with some guys about his weight loss, how he's been running a lot, and how he was too heavy when he did the marathon.
