I bought the neat Polar CS200 computer before I got my new bike and I was in the process of switching it over to Jada. Well, the mount that the computer sits on broke as I tried to twist off the computer. I thought I could just purchase a new mount, but noooooooo. I have to send in the whole shebang.

It's been a month now. My hubby has called every week to check on the status of the computer. The customer service rep hasn't even acknowledged our request for a new mount. No e-mail updates on the computer, no communication whatsoever, nothing. Meanwhile, I'm winding down for the season and I would like to know at least what my cadence is, much less my heart rate. If I hadn't paid $$$ for the Polar, I would have bought a Garmin by now. I had to find an old computer to at least track my distance and time.
