Beautiful countryside
Ditto on the thanks for posting them for us.
My nearly 14yr son and I are both intrigued and relieved by the bear sign.
Intrigued because we'd enjoy seeing bears... REAL bears... not-behind-bars bears
Relieved because actually seeing a bear while on a bike ride would prob be pretty scary.
Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
"I will try again tomorrow".
It was great to see your pics! I think you are brave! It reminded me of time doing a short hike in the Tetons. Brilliant countryside but the walk was spoiled as my head was on a swivel looking for bears! Don't know what I would have done if we had seen one..............
Quick question! Can a terrified cyclist outrun a bear?

(Although my partner was once charged by one of our steers when he was moving some cattle when on the mountain bike.
He jumped off, threw it at the animal and the steer's legs got tangled in the bike frame, and he was so suprised that he stopped charging!)

Thank you for sharing the pics of your ride. Those look like such beautiful country roads to ride on. It looks like such a peaceful area.
